This one really knocked me out. I wrote a longer comment in the other window. I can add that this comic is very affirming to me. I have thought so much about what the lessons are of my particular sufferings. I have one new one: suffering can move one to a higher plane of spiritual development, can move one's soul to a higher place. I don't know yet what are the conditions for this to happen. At the same time, I know that suffering is grossly unjust (except in cases like Trump) and unfair. So growth of the soul seems to be a bronze medal at best. But as we grow older, those rules seem to be the rules of our lives. How do we accept this new order in our lives?
